Waldenburg, Switzerland - REVUE THOMMEN AG has announced the selection of their aircraft chronograph type B18-956 by Kazan Helicopters Joint Stock Company (KHP), Kazan/Tartastan, for all new production programs.
KHP is well known as manufacturer of the Mil Mi-8/17 helicopters. Besides continuous production of the Mi-8 derivates Mi-17-1V, Mi-17-V5, and Mi-172, KHP also designed the new 3,3 MTOW multi-purpose helicopter “Ansat”, the piston-engine powered light helicopter “Aktai” and will manufacture the new twin-turbine helicopter Mi-38.
High reliability, ruggedness, safety, and ease of maintenance are the characteristics of the aircraft produced by KHP, resulting in more than 10,000 Mi-8/17 deliveries worldwide.
